Common Questions We Often Receive

What age groups do you accept?

We welcome players of all ages, from young children starting out in our U6 program all the way through to adults. Basketball is for everyone, and there's a place for you at Next Level regardless of your age.

How long is a typical training session?

Each session runs for 60 minutes, giving players focused, high-quality training time on the court.

How many sessions per week are included?

It depends on the package you choose. We offer flexible options to suit different schedules and commitment levels, but we recommend training at least twice a week to see consistent improvement.

Can my child try a session before committing?

Yes! We offer a paid trial session so your child can experience the coaching, environment, and energy before enrolling in a full program.

Do you run holiday camps?

Yes, we run popular camps every summer and winter. They're a great way for players to intensify their training, meet new teammates, and have fun during the school holidays. Spots fill up fast register for our Summer Camp here: Next Level Camp 22nd-26th June & 27-31 July 2026

Are your coaches certified or qualified?

Our coaching staff have experience at the national and international level, including work with Vietnamese national and youth teams at competitions such as the ASEAN School Games and FIBA SEABA qualifiers. Your development is in experienced hands.

What should my child bring to training?

We recommend bringing basketball shoes, comfortable sportswear, a water bottle and a positive attitude. A personal basketball is optional but encouraged.

What happens if my child misses a session?

Please contact us as soon as possible if your child can't make it. We handle absences on a case-by-case basis reach out and we'll do our best to help.
